Distractions, distractions, distractions...
Distractions are such a powerful force and it does test you as most sites are designed to keep on
On this day's topic, we talk about mindfulness and how it's important to keep a healthy working mindset.
Meditation and mindfulness go together and it is wonderful when you are aware of it.
I started thinking of:
- Dedicated user on my PC for work and relax
- Starting a checklist on important things
There's a lot of things we can do about it, I slightly go on about with open source decentralized social media too and how much healthier they are for the mind as well.
I think I did a better job talking today, less "umms" and "uhhs". This audio log is getting my confidence up, and that's a good thing!
